Getting to Markapur

  • By Road:
    Markapur is well connected by road. From Ongole (80 km), Nellore (180 km), and Hyderabad (270 km), buses and private taxis are available. APSRTC runs special services during Brahmotsavam.
  • By Rail:
    The nearest railway station is Markapur Road (MRK), about 4 km from the temple. Trains from Guntur, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, and Tirupati stop here.
  • By Air:
    The closest airports are Vijayawada (170 km) and Tirupati (200 km). From there, taxis or buses can be hired to Markapur.
