Sri Varala Venkateswara
Swami Temple, located in Eduru Village, Attili Mandal, West Godavari
District, Andhra Pradesh, is a sacred Vaishnava shrine that draws devotees

Getting Here
- By Road:
Eduru Village is well connected by road from Attili (about 6 km)
and Tanuku (around 15 km). APSRTC buses and private vehicles
regularly operate in this region.
- By Train:
The nearest railway station is Tanuku Railway Station, which has
good connectivity to Vijayawada and Rajahmundry. From Tanuku, local buses
or autos can take you to Eduru.
- By Air:
The closest airport is Rajahmundry Airport (approx. 65 km). From
there, road transport via Tanuku or Attili is convenient.
- Local Access:
Auto-rickshaws and shared jeeps are common for short-distance travel
within Attili Mandal.
Pilgrim Tips
- Festival Days:
The Rathotsavam (June 25) and Garuda Vahana Seva (June 27)
draw the largest crowds. Arrive early to secure a good darshan spot.
- Accommodation:
Lodging is available in Tanuku and Bhimavaram. Book in advance
during Brahmotsavam season.
- Dress Code:
Traditional attire is recommended. Men usually wear dhoti, and women
saree/salwar for temple entry.
- Darshan Timing:
Morning hours are generally less crowded. Carry water and light snacks,
but avoid plastic inside temple premises..
- Weather Note:
June in West Godavari can be humid with occasional rains. Carry umbrellas
or caps for shade and rain protection.
