Spiritual Significance
Yogeshwara Dwadashi
celebrates Lord Vishnu as the supreme yogi, the divine force who governs

invoke His blessings for peace, health, and inner strength.
- The name “Yogeshwara” refers to
     Vishnu’s role as the Lord of Yoga, guiding seekers toward
     liberation.
- This vrat is especially meaningful
     for those pursuing spiritual growth, mental clarity, and emotional
     balance.
Rituals and Observances
- Fasting:
     Devotees observe a day-long fast, often nirjala (without water), as
     a mark of discipline and devotion.
- Puja:
     Special prayers are offered to Lord Vishnu, accompanied by chanting
     of mantras like Vishnu Sahasranama and Yogeshwara Stotra.
- Meditation and Bhakti:
     The day is spent in quiet reflection, bhajans, and reading scriptures
     related to Vishnu and yoga.
- Temple Visits:
     Devotees visit Vishnu temples and participate in group satsangs and
     spiritual gatherings.
Regional Observance
