Overview
The Tirumala Tirupati
Devasthanams (TTD) has launched self-service KIOSK machines at Laddu
counters in Tirumala. This facility enables pilgrims to purchase additional
laddus conveniently through UPI-based cashless transactions, reducing
waiting time and improving the overall darshan experience.
Key Features
- Location:
Installed near Laddu distribution counters.
- Options Available:
- With valid Darshan ticket
- Without Darshan ticket (via Aadhaar
authentication)
- Limit:
Maximum of 2 additional laddus per person.
- Payment Mode:
UPI (cashless, seamless).
- Receipt:
Printed slip to collect laddus at counters.
Step-by-Step Process
Approach
the KIOSK machine near Laddu counters.
Select
one of two options:
o With
Darshan Ticket: System verifies ticket details → purchase
up to 2 laddus per person.
o Without
Darshan Ticket: Enter valid Aadhaar number → purchase up
to 2 laddus.
Proceed
to payment page → complete transaction via UPI.
Collect
the printed receipt.
Show receipt at Laddu counter → receive laddus.
