Anivara Asthanam In Tirumala on July 16
Anivara Asthanam is an annual
budget presentation ritual performed in the presence of Lord Venkateswara,
marking the beginning of the new administrative year at Tirumala.
Key Ritual Highlights:
- Utsava Murthis
of Sri Malayappa Swamy, Sridevi, and Bhudevi will be taken on Sarvabhoopala
Vahanam to the Bangaru Vakili.
- The idol of Sri Viswaksena,
the commander-in-chief of the Lord’s army, accompanies the procession.
- Principal officers
of TTD present the previous year’s accounts to the Lord and receive
divine approval.
- New account books
are issued for the upcoming year.
- Pushpa Pallaki Seva
(flower palanquin procession) will be held in the evening, decorated with
a unique theme by the TTD Garden Department.

cleansing ritual performed inside the sanctum sanctorum as a spiritual and
physical purification before the Asthanam.
VIP Darshan Advisory
- VIP Break Darshans are cancelled
on July 15 and 16.
- No recommendation letters
for VIP Break Darshan will be accepted on July 14 and 15, except
for protocol dignitaries.
